Getting & staying on track

About seven months ago or so I figured out the importance of "covering up" & keeping my body private for that special someone....... Around the same time I got super sick again & stopped pushing my body hard & kinda begin to let myself go.  Is that the irony of life?!?! Good thing is I still understand the importance of covering up more & started pushing myself & body again & dieting. So now I can look hot but in private, lol.

Finally after years & years your right where your meant to be.

Sometimes when we are going through life we can't help but see the struggles, the sickness, the pain, the fighting, the chaos, the life that surrounds us every second of every day & we forget just how truly blessed we are....... We may see the good but never clearly see & appreciate the great. We see some of our blessings, some..... Then God gives us a beautiful gift & you know no mater the pain of your past your on the right path. Finally after years & years your right where your meant to be.............

Perfect! 

Don't become your own road block in life.

Some days are easy breezy & some are more like a roller coaster. But the mood of the day starts within you. You can't control everything in life. Actually there are very few things you can control. Yourself, your emotions & your actions being some of the most important. Make sure "YOU" are inline with your goals. Focus on the things you can change, the things you can control. Because that's all you can truly do. You wanna be happy, be happy. You wanna let go of something weighing you down, LET GO. Don't become your own road block in life. Focus on the good & build yourself stronger. Everything you will ever need is deep with you. You just have to have the courage to dig deep & find it. Do you have the courage to become your very best?

Take A Chance

Life has a very fun way of giving us what we need when we need it most. 

We meet people who help us, hurt us, makes us stronger & eventually the one we are made for. Each of those people are important because each of them shape us into who we become. 

Each person that hurts us prepares us & helps us appreciate the one that will one day wipe away every tear & heal us from the inside out. I am thankful for all people through my life. Even the ones who have hurt me. No matter everything done to try & hurt me its forced me to let go f what I wanted & now I've been blessed with something so wonderful all I can do is be thankful. 

May life bring each and everyone of you the same

Never allow ANYONE to be in control of your altitude other than YOU!! You alone control your future, you destiny. If something isn't going the way you want, work to change it. If you come to the point you can't change things maybe its time to start something new. But no matter where you are or what your doing understand you were born for greatness! Never accept anything less!! 
If you can't soar where you are go somewhere you can!!

My Angel

Every night brings closure to so much & even tho some sadness or confusion may remain the morning always brings a beautiful new day. The Sun WILL shine even if its covered by clouds!! And while hearts may get hurt true love WILL always & FOREVER remain. I was blessed with an angel that brought me to life years ago when my soul & heart was dead. I was on a very bad
road in life & if it wasn't for God leading that angel to find me I honestly do not know if I would be alive today. I will FOREVER be thankful for the angels that walk among us. 

For my angel who has filled my world with Sunshine even on the very darkest & saddest days. I don't see my angel every day but they strengthen my every breath. And fill my heart with hope. I am a better person because of them. And will forever be grateful.

Happy Fathers Day

Happy fathers day One of the most amazing men Ive ever known is my grandpa!

My father past away in 2007 but to be very honest I didn't really know him almost my whole life. I didn't even meet him until I became a teenager. I'm sure like many fathers mine did what he felt was appropriate for the time. I had a step father that was possibly the worst parent ever to walk the earth. But that was all okay. How you ask....... Because God blessed me with my Papa. And even though I didn't get to always live close enough to see him every day sometimes even every year to this day his love has made a lasting impression on my heart. I didn't even understand the depth of his love until I became an adult. It took someone very very special to me helping me open my heart & learning to love myself to learn & understand I had love around me my entire life I just couldn't see it. Because sometimes our opinion of "LOVE" isn't what the world gives us. I guess I have pretty high expectations of what LOVE should be & that's truly because of my grandpa. He is the kindest, most amazing & most wonderful man Ive know my whole entire life. He has not only taught me what a man should be he has taught me about the kind of person I long to be. Ive never once known of my grandfather to lie, cheat ,steal, purposefully hurt someone. Ive never known of him to be abusive to my grandmother in ANY way physically or emotionally. And believe me the women in my family cant test any mans sanity, lol. When God made him he went above & beyond on the salt of a man. He packed in as much good as a person could hold, then he sprinkled a little more. I may not have had a wonderful father to speak of but Ive ALWAYS had an amazing Grandfather So weather you have a wonderful father, grandfather, uncle or even if you've got a mom doing both jobs remember to appreciate them. God doesn't always give us what we want but we will always have what we need Happiest fathers day to everyone ミ♥✌☺☀∞

Be more concerned that the best won't happen, than the worst will. Plan for success not failure. Failure is NEVER an option!! You must keep trying until you succeed. Stay committed to your dreams. If you don't passionately believe in your dreams who else will? Only have one plan, plan "A". Plan "B C & D" will only distract you for achieving plan "A". Success is earned & is a choice not a right. Your given dreams for a reason. Will you let them die with you or will you create a legacy that lives on long after your gone. Only YOU can decide to take the necessary steps to achieve your dreams & goals! As you do, so you become ✌ღ☺

The purpose of life is to be love,

Some say the purpose of life is to just be happy. No mater the cost. That your "  own"    happiness is all that counts. Yes we should be true to ourselves & yes we should find a life that makes us joyful. But life is so much more than just that. I'm sorry, I don't believe the purpose of life is to just always be happy. Because if that's truly what it is I've already missed the mark. I think life is much more. I think the purpose of life is to be love, to be useful, to be responsible, to be compassionate, to be understanding, to care for others even when it hurts. It is, above all to make life matter, to do daily acts that count, to stand for something, to live to love. To have made a difference in the lives of those you meet. To live a life that was about more than your own happiness but a life that spread happiness to everyone you have been blessed to meet. To make a difference & even if only in the smallest of ways leave the world a little bit better because you have been given the chance.

As much as you try to forgive, forget & look past you cant erase what was. What was is not what is nor will it ever cross into what shall be but to completely deny what was is only denying part of yourself. Its hard to see good on the surface of any pain or hurt. But things in life happen. Sometimes they are wonderful & other times, well not so much. We do our best to tackle the things life throws at us sometimes falling short of happiness. But its not the falls or our flaws that mater. No its something much more important. Its the way you persevere. The way you set your eyes on the good & come what may you keep going. Bad happens sometimes it hurts more than you could ever imagine but that is never what defines you. No, its the beautiful picture being created that maters. What is & more importantly whats still to come.

That person is a "PERSON" too

We are all a mixture of good & bad, right & wrong, strength & weakness, love & even bitterness. To say your only one thing is to not only lie to others but to lie to yourself. When we are faced with those moments when its easy to judge or condemn we have to realize that person is a "  PERSON"  too. Just like you & I. We are all walking through this journey together. We ALL have burdens & troubles to ...carry. No mater how great you think someone has it EVERYONE has problems. Try to take it easy on each other & yourself. Help people when you get a chance. Let people help you. I've had a very tough few months & when I got sick again & faced with other life issues I pulled away from the ones that loved me the most, the ones who are always there. Not because I didn't want them around but because I didn't want to burden them with my problems. I not only hurt myself but I hurt them too. Remember people are in your life & love you because they want to. If they didn't want to they could walk away at any moment. Try to never take those people or their love for granted. And those people that test you remember they are there for a reason too. Appreciate all those around you even the ones that test you. They all help make us stronger.

trophies & crowns

 I LOVE looking like a real woman & having curves. Im not perfect way far from it in fact. I don't have time to judge others. And I'll never look down anyone unless I'm helping them up. No I don't look like I should be on the cover of muscle & fitness everyday (well hell any day) but I'm totally okay with that. I love the body God gave me but I also love living & enjoying life. And I know living in the gym with a six pack didn't make ME happy. I love being a woman & looking like a woman. I love being soft, soft skin, soft heart & soft feet, lol. I'm not trying to be anyone else or top anyone else. I'm just being me. The only race I'm running is my own. I have plenty of trophies & crowns in my attic the only trophy I want now is one of true happiness.

We must cultivate our hearts & lives with love & rid ourselves of things that hinder us from being a blessing to ourselves & others. When we find anger & fault with others we are only showing a piece of ourselves. We all have burdens to carry & troubles to bare. On the surface anyone's life can seem perfect but its below the surface that maters. Not only the surface of public perception but the su...rface of ourselves & the surface of our hearts. Its important to dig deep inside yourself to find those places that hinder us. To acknowledge them & figure out why they are there. Only when those places are filled with love will we be free of the anger & hurt they create. What places can you work on that are holding you back? Where can you let love in?
