Strong Is The New Skinny!

5 miles a day will defiantly help anyone get " skinny " but honestly skinny isn't always good. I'd rather healthy & strong than " skinny " so to keep balanced I do some Squats, Lunges, Hip Extension, Deadlifts, Leg Press and a lil Plyometrics. I always change things up. Belly dancing, kick boxing, salsa, yoga anything to get in cardio besides a bike or treadmill. Consistency paired with nutrient packed eating with adequate amounts of protein will be your keys to bringing out the best glutes you have to offer! Remember Strong Is The New Skinny!
