Ingredients:
- ready-made pie crust
- 1 (1/4 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup Bailey's irish cream
- 6 ounces chocolate chips (semisweet)
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping (thawed)

- 1 Pour milk into a medium saucepan.
- 2 Sprinkle gelatin over the milk and let it sit about 1 minute.
- 3 Turn on low heat and stir until completely dissolved. About 5 minutes.
- 4 Add chocolate chips and continue stirring until melted.
- 5 Stir in vanilla.
- 6 Remove from heat.
- 7 Let sit about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 8 Add Bailey's.
- 9 Let cool until peaks form when mixture is dropped from a spoon.
- 10 Fold in whipped topping.
- 11 Turn into prepared crust or serving bowls.
- 12 Chill at least 4 hours. I know it's hard to wait, but it's worth it!
- 13 Garnish with fruit, chocolate, additional whipped topping. Enjoy!
